Distributor Engagement Terms
When utilizing financial distribution services and investing through Easy Investology (AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor), investors acknowledge and agree to the following operational terms:
1. Net Asset Value (NAV) & Cut-Off Timings
The value of mutual fund units is governed by the applicable Net Asset Value (NAV) declared by respective AMCs, which fluctuates daily in accordance with market conditions. Unit allocation is strictly subject to SEBI cut-off timings and realization of investment funds into the AMC account.
2. Commissions and Fee Disclosure
Easy Investology receives trail commissions from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for mutual fund schemes distributed. All commission structures are disclosed transparently on our Commission Disclosure page and do not add any additional direct fee to the investor's mutual fund purchase.
3. Entry and Exit Loads
In accordance with SEBI norms, no entry load is charged on mutual fund purchases. However, certain mutual fund schemes may levy an exit load if units are redeemed or switched within a predefined lock-in or specified duration. Investors should review scheme-specific exit loads before redeeming.
4. Execution-Only Platform Mandate
As an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD), Easy Investology acts in the capacity of a facilitator and distributor providing execution-only and distribution services. We do not charge advisory fees and do not provide statutory registered investment advice.
5. Mandatory KYC Compliance
All investors must strictly complete the centralized Know Your Customer (KYC) verification via SEBI-registered KRAs (CVL, NDML, CAMS, Karvy, DotEx) prior to initial mutual fund onboarding. Submissions require PAN, Aadhaar/address proof, and active bank verification.
6. Investor Right to Information
Investors retain an absolute statutory right to receive full disclosures regarding their portfolio holdings, account statements (CAS), Scheme Information Documents (SID), Statement of Additional Information (SAI), Key Information Memorandums (KIM), and grievance escalation contacts.
Investor Redressal & Code of Conduct Commitment
Easy Investology adheres unconditionally to the AMFI Code of Conduct for Intermediaries. We are committed to ethical dealings, timely transmission of investor applications, strict avoidance of churning or mis-selling, and prompt resolution of any client queries or service concerns.
